RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

 

Returns 

As our products are unique hand-made commissions or customised accessories we do not offer a returns service unless the item is faulty. Items eligible for return must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Podule Ltd will, in its sole discretion, either provide a full refund, replace the item or carry out any repairs free of charge and cover any reasonable shipping fees. You must contact us before shipping.  

 

Refunds 

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 2 working days on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 28 days.

Return Shipping 

Please send all items by recorded delivery (or an equivalent signed for service) as Podule Ltd cannot be held responsible for any items that become lost or damaged once in the possession of the postal service you are using.
